Bu koşullar, anclip.com adresindeki Anclip hizmetini (“Hizmet”) kullanımınızı düzenler. Hesap açarak ya da Hizmet’i kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Hizmet
Anclip; yüklediğiniz videoyu yapay zekâ ile yazıya döken, en güçlü anları bulan, 9:16 dikey formata çeviren, altyazı ekleyen ve MP4 olarak dışa aktaran bir web uygulamasıdır. Video işleme, kesme, altyazı ve dışa aktarma sizin tarayıcınızda yapılır; video dosyanız sunucularımıza yüklenmez.
2. Hesap
- Hizmet’in yapay zekâ ve indirme özelliklerini kullanmak için hesap açmanız gerekir. Verdiğiniz e-posta adresinin size ait ve doğru olması gerekir.
- Şifrenizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızda yetkisiz bir kullanım fark ederseniz bize hemen yazın.
- Ücretsiz hakları artırmak için birden çok hesap açmak yasaktır. Aynı internet bağlantısından açılabilecek hesap sayısı ve ücretsiz haklar sınırlıdır.
3. İçerik ve kullanım kuralları
- Yalnızca size ait olan ya da kullanma hakkına sahip olduğunuz videoları yükleyin. İçeriğinizin tüm hakları ve sorumluluğu size aittir; Anclip içeriğiniz üzerinde hak iddia etmez.
- Hizmet’i; yasa dışı, başkasının telif, marka veya kişilik haklarını ihlal eden, nefret söylemi, taciz ya da çocuk istismarı içeren içerikler için kullanamazsınız.
- Anclip, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram gibi platformlardan video indirmez. Bu tür sitelerin kurallarını ihlal edecek şekilde içerik edinmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- Hizmet’i otomatik araçlarla zorlamak, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışmak, hakları ya da limitleri hileyle artırmak yasaktır.
4. Yapay zekâ çıktıları
Yazıya dökme, altyazı, klip seçimi ve “viral skor” otomatik olarak üretilir ve hatalı olabilir. Paylaşmadan önce sonuçları kontrol etmek sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Viral skor bir tahmindir; izlenme ya da başarı garantisi değildir.
5. Planlar, haklar ve ödeme
- Ücretsiz plan ve ücretli planların (Pro, Ekip) güncel hakları sitede yazar. Haklar aylık yenilenir; kullanılmayan haklar devretmez.
- Ücretli planlar aylık ya da yıllık yenilenen dijital aboneliklerdir. Ödemeler, satıcı sıfatıyla (merchant of record) hareket eden Polar Software, Inc. tarafından alınır; fatura ve vergi işlemleri Polar üzerinden yürür. Kart bilgileriniz bize ulaşmaz.
- Fiyatlara KDV dahildir. Fiyatları ve hakları ileride değiştirebiliriz; değişiklik mevcut aboneliğinizde bir sonraki yenilemeden itibaren geçerli olur ve önceden duyurulur.
- İptal ve iade için İade ve İptal Politikası geçerlidir.
6. Davet ve tanıtım ödülleri
“Davet et, hak kazan” ve tanıtım hediyeleri ek kullanım hakkı şeklindedir; nakde çevrilemez, devredilemez. Kendini davet etme, sahte hesap ya da benzeri kötüye kullanımlarda ödüller verilmez veya geri alınabilir. Tanıtım gönderilerini onaylamak ve hediye miktarını belirlemek tamamen bizim takdirimizdedir.
7. Hizmetin sürekliliği ve sorumluluk
- Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz ya da hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz; bakım, güncelleme veya üçüncü taraf hizmetlerindeki sorunlar nedeniyle geçici kesintiler olabilir.
- Videolar cihazınızda işlendiği için dosyalarınızın yedeğini almak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
- Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği ölçüde, dolaylı zararlardan, kâr ya da veri kaybından sorumlu değiliz. Herhangi bir talepte sorumluluğumuz, son 12 ayda bize ödediğiniz tutarla sınırlıdır.
8. Hesabın askıya alınması ve kapatılması
Bu koşulları ihlal eden hesapları uyarıyla ya da gerektiğinde uyarısız askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Hesabınızı kapatmak isterseniz destek@anclip.com adresine yazabilirsiniz; aktif aboneliğiniz varsa önce iptal etmeniz gerekir.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri sitede ya da e-postayla duyururuz. Değişiklikten sonra Hizmet’i kullanmaya devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
10. Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullara Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku uygulanır. Uyuşmazlıklarda Ankara mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Tüketicilerin yasal hakları, tüketici hakem heyetlerine ve tüketici mahkemelerine başvuru hakkı saklıdır.

These terms govern your use of Anclip at anclip.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept them.
1. The Service
Anclip is a web app that transcribes the video you upload with AI, finds its strongest moments, reframes it to 9:16, adds captions and exports MP4 files. Processing, cutting, captions and export happen in your browser; your video file is not uploaded to our servers.
2. Your account
- You need an account to use the AI and export features. The email address you give must be yours and correct.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us right away if you notice unauthorised use.
- Opening several accounts to get more free rights is not allowed. The number of accounts and free rights per internet connection is limited.
3. Your content and acceptable use
- Only upload videos you own or have the right to use. You keep all rights to your content and are responsible for it; Anclip claims no rights over it.
- You may not use the Service for content that is illegal, infringes others’ copyright, trademarks or personal rights, or contains hate speech, harassment or child abuse.
- Anclip does not download videos from platforms such as YouTube, TikTok or Instagram. How you obtain your content, and complying with those platforms’ rules, is your responsibility.
- Do not overload the Service with automated tools, try to get around its security, or game rights or limits.
4. AI output
Transcripts, captions, clip choices and the “viral score” are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check results before you publish. The viral score is an estimate, not a guarantee of views or success.
5. Plans, rights and payment
- The current rights of the free plan and the paid plans (Pro, Team) are shown on the site. Rights renew monthly; unused rights don’t carry over.
- Paid plans are digital subscriptions renewing monthly or yearly. Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc., acting as merchant of record, which also handles invoices and taxes. We never see your card details.
- Prices include VAT. We may change prices and rights; a change applies to an existing subscription from its next renewal and is announced in advance.
- Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Invite and promotion rewards
Rewards from “Invite, earn rights” and promotion gifts are extra usage rights; they can’t be exchanged for money or transferred. Self-invites, fake accounts and similar abuse earn nothing and rewards may be taken back. Approving promotion posts and choosing gifts is entirely at our discretion.
7. Availability and liability
- The Service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free; maintenance, updates or third-party problems can cause temporary outages.
- Your videos are processed on your device; keeping backups of your files is your responsibility.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit or data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, with a warning or, where needed, without one. To close your account write to destek@anclip.com; cancel any active subscription first.
9. Changes
We may update these terms and will announce important changes on the site or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Ankara have jurisdiction. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including in your country of residence, are not affected.
